Building partnerships that last with trust at the centre.
Relationship-First. Culturally Attuned. Long-Horizon Focused.
“We prioritize trust and reciprocity over transaction. Every partnership begins with listening, and every solution is rooted in shared values.”
Core Pillars
Reconciliation as Framework
Action through TRC #92, UNDRIP, and DRIPA.
We help partners move from land acknowledgments to measurable action that respects Indigenous rights, laws, and sovereignty.
Readiness Assessments
Not every partner is the right partner.
Before we engage, we assess cultural, ethical, and operational alignment to ensure intent is real, the fit is mutual, and Nations’ time is protected.
Adaptive Advisory
Embedded. Iterative. Built to grow.
We meet partners where they are, offering guidance that adapts to your context and evolves with your commitments. From early-stage exploration to long-term implementation, we’re with you at every step.
Strategic Ethics
Serving Nations, not just deliverables.
We support Indigenous leadership in leading. All decisions are grounded in Nation-first priorities, cultural protocol, and long-term community benefit.
Our Engagement Process
A 7-Step Framework Built on Alignment, Respect, and Accountability
Each partnership begins with a shared commitment to transparency, trust, and strategic fit. We’ve designed our process to ensure alignment before any formal work begins — protecting the integrity of Nations and maximizing value for all parties.
The Process
Initial Intake & Values Screening
A short form to understand your organization’s goals, commitments, and alignment with Indigenous values. → Submitted before your Discovery Call.
Discovery Call (30 minutes)
A virtual or in-person conversation to explore mutual fit, clarify expectations, and determine potential pathways forward.
Mutual NDA Execution & Engagement Letter
Confidentiality protections are established through a Mutual NDA to enable open, respectful dialogue.
To proceed into the due diligence phase, a formal Engagement Letter, whether as a retainer or fee-for-service agreement, must be executed.
This ensures clarity on scope, intent, and commitment from both parties.
Stage 1: Cultural Readiness & Relationship Assessment We assess your internal capacity, cultural fluency, and readiness to engage in Nation-led partnership.
Stage 2: Strategic Due Diligence Deep-dive review of materials & leadership interviews to evaluate alignment, capacity, and intent.
Stage 3: Reconciliation Risk Review We assess legal, relational, and reputational risks related to Indigenous engagement — so risks are surfaced and managed early.
Proposal Co-Development
We collaborate to shape the engagement scope, objectives, and working principles — ensuring clarity and co-ownership.
Leadership & Council Review
All proposals are reviewed in consultation with relevant Indigenous leadership and decision-making bodies.
Partnership Sign-Off
Formalization of the engagement, agreement on protocols, and alignment on governance structure.
Partnership Sign-Off
We stay engaged to ensure trust is upheld, objectives are met, and partnership value is sustained over time.
